As President of Smart Initiatives, her growth/innovation strategy firm, she advises clients on how to create actionable strategic plans, grow their market on/offline, build partnership & business development initiatives or solve challenges & create new ideas with her Innovation Labs/Strategy Studio.

She was also a panelist for the Canadian Internat’l Council’s Global Positioning Strategy chaired by Ed Greenspon,former Editor-in-chief of The Globe & Mail & launched by Jim Balsillie (R.I.M.) in 2009-2010.

Kristina has an MBA in Strategy & Finance & a Bachelors in Marketing & Internat’l Business from McGill University. She’s also a graduate of the Promedia School of Journalism& Broadcasting. She is fluent in English and French, speaks basic Japanese and basic Italian.
